Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enhansy website and photo enhancement service (the "Service"), operated by Enhansy ("Enhansy", "we", "us"). By uploading photos or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

Enhansy is operated by Enhansy.

The service

Enhansy enhances real-estate and listing photos — recovering shadow detail, correcting white balance, and brightening interiors — via a web-based upload flow at https://enhansy.com. No account is required. You pay once per batch and receive a private download link by email.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By submitting photos you confirm that you own or are authorized to use and modify every image you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photos you own or have the right to process. You will not:

  • Upload images depicting illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. Charges are one-time and per batch — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or expiring credits.

Refund policy

If a photo is not enhanced to a satisfactory standard we will automatically refund the per-photo price to your original payment method, typically within a few hours. You do not need to contact us. General refund requests outside of this policy may be considered at our sole discretion.

Delivery and data retention

Processed photos are made available via a private download link sent to the email address you provided. Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time your order completes. After this window, original and processed files are permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your original photos. By uploading photos you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transform them for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. This licence terminates when your files are deleted.

We do not use your photos to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enhansy's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Enhansy is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
