This Privacy Policy explains what data Enhansy ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It applies to the website at https://enhansy.com and the photo enhancement service.

Enhansy is operated by Enhansy. This entity is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Email address. When you place an order we collect the email address you provide so we can deliver your download link and send order-related notifications.

Photos you upload. We receive and process the photos you upload. These files are used solely to fulfil your order.

Payment data. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details — only the information Stripe returns to confirm a successful charge (charge ID, last-four digits, billing country).

Usage data. We log HTTP requests, IP addresses, browser user agent, and error traces for security, fraud prevention, and reliability purposes.

Cookies. We use a minimal session cookie for CSRF protection and order tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Enhance your photos and deliver results to the email address you provided
• Process your payment and prevent fraud
• Send you order confirmations and download links
• Monitor and improve the reliability of the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos or personal information to train generalized machine learning models.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers required to operate Enhansy:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloud hosting and storage providers — running the Service infrastructure and storing uploaded files during the 24-hour processing and delivery window
• Email delivery providers — sending order confirmations and download links
• Error monitoring providers — capturing application errors

Each provider is contractually bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Enhansy or its users.

Data retention

• Original and processed photos — permanently deleted 24 hours after your order completes. Files cannot be recovered after deletion.
• Order records (email address, payment reference, order status) — retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.
• Logs and usage data — retained for up to 12 months for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Because we do not require account registration, please include the email address you used and your order reference when contacting us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and protected by two-factor authentication. We will notify affected users without undue delay if we discover a personal data breach.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect international transfers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
